Full-Time Nanny Needed for Newborn in Foster City, CA POSITION: Full-Time Newborn Nanny SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-4:30/pm CHILDREN: 5-month-old Baby Boy SALARY: $35-$40+ per hour + Benefits IDEAL START DATE: Mid-November 2024! They are seeking a full-time nanny to join their household Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. With two furry companions in the mix, it's essential that you are comfortable around dogs. Our family enjoys spending time outdoors, especially taking walks in nearby parks. As their little one grows, they hope to find an active and engaging nanny who will inspire curiosity about nature, organize playdates, and create fun, age-appropriate activities throughout the week. They desire someone who takes the initiative to foster both play and educational opportunities during their time together. This family is looking for a long-term nanny who can grow alongside them on their parenthood journey. They envision this role as a collaborative partnership where active communication is key. They value your expertise and are eager to learn together about their child's development with your enthusiastic support and insights. Additional Responsibilities: Educationally focused on the Infant and toddler age Keeping our son safe, clean, and happy! Child-related duties: Cleaning, washing, folding, and organizing the child's clothing, bedding, toys, etc. Sleep training and feeding baby expertise! Qualifications: Genuine passion for working with children, and a warm, playful, and outdoorsy personality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills. Spanish is a plus! Must love dogs! Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines. Willingness to assist with maintaining the household, including light laundry, meal prep, tidying, and organizing. Looking for a long-term position with a 1-3+ year commitment. Understanding of child psychology and stages of development. To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience with infants through toddler age. Strong English communication skills. Impressive references from past employers. Willingness to pass two background checks Ability to commit to a minimum of 1-3+ years. U.S. citizenship or work authorization. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Current CPR and first aid certification.
