Caregiver & Companion for Teen with Disabilities Are you passionate about making a difference in a young persons life? We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver to support our 15-year-old son, a delightful and engaging young man with disabilities. What You'll Do: 1. Provide companionship and support in our home and out in the community. Transport him to activities, outings, and social engagements. 2. Encourage independence and help facilitate positive social interactions. 3. Assist with managing behaviors, including occasional physically aggressive behaviors. 4. Learn and manage his complex medical conditions (no prior medical training required, just a willingness to learn). Part Time: 4-6 hours per week, very flexible A patient, kind, and engaging person
