Nanny Share For Two Walking Distance Families (Must Be Ok With Dogs)

Hi all, Looking for a nanny to share with a neighboring family walking distance apart . My neighbor has a 9-month-old and is looking for care starting January 2025. We also have a 9-month-old and 20-month-old and are looking to start mid-November. We would love to start with occasional date nights before then. From Nov-Dec, we would like a part-time nanny to work with our family from 1-5 p.m. for 2-3 days out of the week. Starting Jan 2025, the nanny would have full time hours. First with my neighbors family from 8-330pm, with overlap of all three children from 1-330pm, then with our family until 5 p.m. Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable with dogs as we have one trained, friendly English bulldog.
