Looking For Part-time Nanny For Active Toddlers

We are looking for a part-time nanny to watch our three kids (3yo, 1yo, and newborn) Mainly needing someone to hang with the older two as the little guy will be with me for the most part! I work from home and my husband occasionally does as well. My daughter is 3. She's spunky, strong-willed, and a lot of fun. My son is 1. He is super sweet and smiley and just wants to be apart of all the fun! And then my youngest son was born in February and he is along for the ride. We are looking for someone loving, caring, responsible, and who will look after our kids as if they were their own. We also are looking for someone who can hold strong boundaries with my daughter while still being gentle and kind. She thrives when given firm boundaries with options to make choices that are within those boundaries. Looking forward to chatting with yall!
