Overnight House Sitter

at times, My wife and I are traveling to another property we are building in AZ. we don't want our 17-year-old daughter home alone overnight by herself. We have a nice home in a gated community in San Juan Capistrano. Beautiful hotel style guest room with on-suite bathroom and private. Full alarm on the house as well. We are looking for someone who can stay over night and confirm with us that our daughter is home safe and set alarm at night. Basically, you come and spend the night. Hours are flexible, but you would need to be there form 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. . You can come earlier or stay later, but those are the hours we want an adult in the home. It's a flat fee which we can discuss if interested. Thank you for your consideration. We also have referrals.
