Nanny Needed For 2 Children In San Jose

I have twin's boys - preemies- they are 5 months old adjusted and 8 months actual. They used to be in a daycare, but they caught a virus and got hospitalized so we want a nanny instead. Our expectations is a nanny who can effectively and structurally play with the boys based on the expected milestones. They have no delays, so we always challenge them to catch up sooner than expected. An ideal day is when the nanny is able to keep on communicating and playing with the boys during their wake window, feed them, and put them to sleep. Nothing else is expected. All meals will be prepared by mom, and their room is well organized, so the nanny knows how to plan well their wake time. One of them started solids, the other one is just on formula.
