We are first-time parents. I go back to work on April 15. My husband runs a junk removal and moving business, so his schedule is relatively flexible compared to mine, where after I go back to work, I need to be onsite 5 days a week from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. every day. I need a reliable person who is great with newborn care we trust to bring home. We need a part-time nanny who is also good at handling cats because we have two indoor cats at home.
