About the job
We are looking for creative, energetic, experienced after school activity leaders for a group of 6-10 kids. Our programming takes place on-site in the community room at various affordable housing complexes. This particular program takes place in the Lake Almaden area of San Jose, CA. We need an instructor available 2-4 days/week. Our current timing is 3:30-6:30 p.m. However, we've flexibility in terms of scheduling so long as programming takes place on weekdays and at least begins while the management office is still open (4:30pm). Our starting pay range is $30-$35 per hour. With the right experience and skills, we're open to negotiation. There will be opportunities for raises, bonuses, and additional staffing for increased hours with solid performance and communication. Our ideal candidate has after school teacher and/or summer camp counselor experience. We also love coaches of all kinds. We look forward to hearing form phenomenal candidates like you!
