Mothers Helper

We are looking for a reliable and loving Mother's Helper to join our family and work alongside me in caring for my three children and assisting with household tasks. This role is not a nanny position but rather a support role designed to help make day-to-day life easier for our family. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, helpful, and loves working with kids. Key Responsibilities: Morning Routine: - Assist with preparing breakfast for the children. - Help get the girls ready for preschool, including dressing, brushing teeth, and any other morning needs. - Feed the baby a bottle while I get the girls ready and out the door. Post-Departure Tasks: - After we leave for preschool (around 8:00 AM), help with light household tasks such as tidying up and cleaning. - Start laundry, make beds, and organize the home. Afternoon Support: - Play with the kids and baby, providing entertainment and interaction so that I can prepare dinner. - Help clean and organize the children's rooms. - Assist with finishing laundry, folding clothes, and other light housekeeping tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. - Enjoys spending time with kids and has a nurturing, warm, and caring personality. - Comfortable working as part of a team, willing to assist where needed to ensure a smooth household. - Previous experience with children or in a household support role is a plus. - Ability to multitask and stay on top of various household chores.
