Nanny

I am looking for an amazing nanny for my energetic 3-year-old daughter. She had speech delay and is on spectrum level 1 but very sweet, silly, and happy. She is not violent. She is potty trained. She loves to go out on adventures (we love Whirlygig, safari run, discovery museum, nearby parks, trampoline park, Etc) but she is happy to play indoors with her doll houses and magnatiles. I would prefer someone who can do Mon + Tues 8am-2 p.m. on a weekly basis, as well as occasional weekends. Looking for someone who can learn quickly and take over as needed with minimal instructions. I also have 2 older kids (6-year-old boy + 9-year-old girl). They are well behaved and very responsible. They will be home on non school days / weekends. Prior experience necessary, references would be great.
