Searching For A Nanny For 1 Baby In San Jose (part-time, Flexible Schedule, Mornings)

We are searching for a nanny for our baby in San Jose. We are located between Santana Row and downtown Campbell. Our baby boy, H, will be 5 months old in January and we are looking for in-home childcare in the mornings when I return to work. I work in the back part of the house and will be available while the nanny is there. We have a large backyard and an old golden retriever that will stay in my office with me. We are looking for someone part-time and have a somewhat flexible schedule, ideally 20 hours per week.
