Help 3 Days A Week + Occasional Overnight Stay - 2 Kids (13 & 16) - San Jose

I'm looking for help 3 days a week 3 p.m. until 8pm, as well as occasional overnight support if I need to travel for work. I have a 13 yr old boy and a 16 yr old girl. I need help picking them up from school in the afternoons, taking my daughter to an extra class on Tue, making them dinner and keeping them company until I get home. For the days I have to travel, I would need you to stay over night and cover their breakfast and getting them to school. We have 2 large dogs and a cat who are all as sweet as can be, but it means you need to be an animal lover. I'm looking for someone who knows how to build a connection with teenagers, is kind and patient and can both be a friend and mentor. Ideally this is also someone who can go with the flow, is adaptive and knows how to problem solve if needed.
