Nanny Needed For My Children In San Jose.

Hello! I need a "mother's helper" to pick up my kids from school (both are under 2 minutes away), get them set up with snack and homework, and do some tidying and meal prep while I finish my work day. I work from home but will be in my office. Tidying is really just tidying - we have weekly cleaners to do the yucky stuff. My kids are teens (13. 5y boy and 16. 5y girl), in 7th and 11th grades. Both have ADHD pretty badly and need a lot of help getting their homework/chores done. My son also deals with severe anxiety and sensory issues, but he is very sweet and compliant. We would love to find someone experienced with neurodiverse kids who wants to be with us for the next couple of years (until my daughter goes to college).
