Nanny For 5-month-old During The Day And After School For 4 And 6 Year Olds

Hi! We are a family with 3 great kids, who are 6, 4, and a new baby. We are looking for a long term nanny. Mom works from home but in the garage (so I will not bug you popping in and out and upsetting baby). We need someone to watch the baby during the day, then pick up the big kids from neighborhood school (mom can help juggle the baby if easier), give them a snack and let them settle/rest and sometimes get them ready for soccer/swimming, which mom will take over for that. Our kids are really awesome, sweet kids. Both the big kids are great helpers. The baby is a super chill baby. What we want in a nanny is warmth towards our kids, and we will trust you and back you up. We will work it out together! Outside of childcare, it would be amazing to get some help running the laundry and prepping for dinner, like chopping veggies.
