About the job
We have two children (ages 2. 5 and 7 months) and are looking for part-time care. I (mom) stay at home but need help while I take our older daughter to preschool or younger to activities, so often you would be looking after only one of our girls. We are passionate about creating an environment where our children feel supported emotionally and empowered to learn and explore. Our older daughter loves dancing, singing, being creative and silly. Our little one is 7 months old and crawling and climbing everywhere. Our oldest needs consistency and structure, she struggles with transitions. We're looking for someone who has experience with young children; someone who is warm and loves their job. Our family includes two small dogs who generally sleep all day but are excitable when new faces come to our home.
