Our baby girl will be 22 months and our existing baby sitter (who has been a total god send and part of our family) will be going back to school mid-August. We're looking for someone to come in and engage with our girl by challenging her, interacting with her, engaging her in activities that helps her to develop and care for her as if she were your own. Our girl is extremely sweet, very easy going and schedule oriented. Experience/familiarity with sign is a plus. She loves her books and to be outside, exploring as soon as she wakes.
