We're looking for someone who is kind, caring, patient and genuinely enjoys connecting with children. Preferably someone familiar with and believes in the gentle and respectful parenting style, as well as conscious discipline principles. Must be willing to work with the parents and follow instructions well. Must be respectful of parental preferences and wishes.
