We are flexible on responsibilities but here is core of what we need to solve: - Pick up two kids from daycare around 5 p.m. - Help kids with evening routine: play, dinner, get ready for bath. - Help with meal prep and light housework. - Opportunity for more hours: full days during sick days, and weekends to give parents a break.
