Toddler Childcare Assistant (Montessori & Child Development Focus)

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful individual with some toddler childcare experience, who is eager to expand their knowledge of Montessori education and child development. This position is focused on caring for a 17-month-old toddler who is incredibly outgoing, empathetic, and very smart. She loves to draw, read, and dance bringing joy and energy to her world! Key Qualifications: 1. Some experience in toddler childcare 2. A love for children and enthusiasm for their growth and learning 3. A genuine interest in Montessori philosophy and child development 4. Smart, resourceful, and eager to learn 5. Calm, patient, and nurturing energy that resonates with toddlers Job Details: $30/hr 20 hours per week
