Seeking Long-Term Nanny For 1 Child (10 Month Old) In San Francisco

We are a warm and loving family in San Francisco seeking a dedicated nanny for our medically complex but happy baby. Born at 25 weeks, they spent nearly a year in the NICU and are now developmentally around 9 months adjusted. They require daytime oxygen support and g-tube feeding, but we are fully prepared to train the right caregiver. Our baby is easygoing, loves books and walks, and is expected to outgrow both medical needs. We need care four days a week, with occasional fifth days and weekend flexibility, starting in April or May. We offer above-market pay and a supportive environment, including a gradual transition period to ensure comfort with medical tasks. Our home has 24/7 private parking..
