I need a caregiver to pick up my 8-year-old from school at 2 p.m. most days (12:50 on Wednesday minimum days), bring her home, give her a snack, get her started on homework, and do light housekeeping and dinner prep until I come home from work around 5-6 p.m. My 12-year-old comes home from school at 4:00 p.m. and I would like the caregiver to direct them to focus on homework during this time as well.
