Looking For Occasional Babysitter For Next Month (with Longer-term Potential)

Hello! I'm Christina, and I'm looking for occasional support with my 3-month-old son J for the next month or so. I selected Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, but the days and times are relatively flexible - I'd ideally like someone to be here for 4 hours at a time once or twice a week. There's potential to expand into a full- or part-time nanny role if it's the right fit, as I'm tentatively planning to return to work in mid-March. We're looking for an experienced sitter, with references for baby care specifically. We're looking for someone kind, reliable, and communicative.
