Inclusion, patience, accountability. Going outside, art, games, music, make believe. Pickup from school and driving to activities, family laundry and ironing, afternoon snack and dinner prep, assistance and checking of homework, dishes and general pickup, some errands and coordination with contractors/vendors. Very organized, enjoys kids, self starter. Easy parking and close to MUNI and BART. We have a 12-year-old, three legged dog.
