Job number 10476 Full-time Attentive and Nurturing Nanny Location: Noe Valley, San Francisco, California Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm, ability to work occasional date nights and weekend hours a plus, not a requirement. Children: 3 months old and 2. 5-year-old. Duties: - Provide attentive and nurturing care for both children, primarily the 3-month-old throughout the day (2. 5-year-old attends preschool full-time M-F) - Assist with preschool drop-off and/or pick-up as required (driving child in own car) - Engage in age-appropriate activities to support the child's development including music classes, singing, floor time, and adventures out of the house. - Assist family with child's developmental milestones e. g. sleeping, transitioning to solids etc. - Prepare and supervise children's meals - Manage children's daily routines including naps, bathing, and preparation for bed time - Handle children's laundry and light housekeeping related to the children - Foster a loving, safe, and enriching environment Requirements: The family is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny with at least five years of experience who is extremely loving and genuinely enjoys being around children. The ideal candidate should be reliable, committed, drive and have access to a car for use on the job. Italian speaker is a plus, not a requirement, The candidate must be current on vaccinations. Additionally, being tech-savvy-comfortable with apps, email, and texting-is essential. A nanny with a pitch-in mentality who is willing to assist around the house would be greatly appreciated. Bonus if the nanny is willing to travel with the family on 1-2 international and 1-2 domestic trips per year. Salary: $35-42/hour (based on experience and qualifications), paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year.
