Hi! I own a small business, and my wife is a neurology medical resident. Our daughter is 2 years old and is happy and social. We have family help more than half of the time but are looking for an occasional on-call babysitter to help on other weekdays for 3. 5 hours from 8-11:30 a.m. My family is normally here for 2-3 weeks at a time and then leaves for 2-3 weeks. We figure out their schedule with 1-2 months notice so can plan ahead. We have some flexibility on the days worked so please let me know your schedule, and how much/little you are hoping to work!
