Caregiver/para Needed For 1 Young Special Needs Adult

We are a San Francisco family looking for a part-time caregiver/ para for our 22-year-old daughter with an intellectual disability. She has a speech delay and a cognitive impairment. She speaks, uses some signs, and has a new AAC device we are encouraging her to use. She has no physical limitations but requires assistance dressing and straightening clothes after using the bathroom. We are looking for someone with experience working with special needs kids to take her to local museums, the zoo, swimming, libraries, etc. Our goals are for her to have fun, exercise, and work on social and daily living skills. We are looking for someone fun and energetic, can set boundaries, and is firm when necessary. We aim to start an adult program part-time and continue with private one-to-one care part-time.
