Hello, we are looking for some help with 2-3x a week for mornings and evenings with our child. We are mostly seeking help for watching our child and helping her dress while we get ready ourselves. There may be some occasional pick-ups and drop-offs from her daycare and light housekeeping work such as racking dirty dishes or folding our child's clean clothes. We are happy to agree to a fixed monthly fee (paid at a weekly frequency) so even if we take vacations, our helper is paid regardless.
