Full-Time (Live in or out) Career Nanny Needed for Two Children in San Francisco San Francisco, CA | Pacific Heights | 94114 The Sweet Pea Family POSITION: Full-Time Live in or out Nanny SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm CHILDREN: 2.5 year old + 9 month old baby SALARY: $40 + per hour & benefits ($35 if Live-in) IDEAL START DATE: Mid-November, 2024! THEIR GENUINE NANNY Meet Our Sweet Pea Family! Our lovely Sweet Pea family lives in the beautiful neighborhood of Pac Heights in San Francisco. They have two adorable children who are 2.5 daughter & 9 month old son. While primary care is for the 9-month-old they are looking for a wonderful caregiver who will care for their close-knit family. Both mom and dad work full-time although they are looking for someone to be there from 7:30-4:30 M-F. They would also love some flexibility with a regular date night each week and ocassional domestic and international travel. It's also important that this person be familiar with driving in the city and have a valid Driver's license and a clean DMV record. This position can be a live-in or out position. They have a private room and bathroom with a private entrance available if needed. Attributes that are important to them are those who are energetic, proactive, and have an open and transparent style of communication. Our Sweet Pea family thinks of their nanny as a 3rd parent helping them thread together thoughtful childcare, daily coordination of their schedules, and lots of love and fun sprinkled throughout the day! Responsibilities & Qualifications: Create a nurturing and positive environment for our children, encouraging their development through outdoor activities, creative play, and interactive imagination. Manage the daily schedule, including pick-ups, ensuring they are punctual and well-prepared. Assist with light organization and tidying of the children's surroundings. Establish and maintain good boundaries with the children, fostering a nurturing and loving atmosphere. Recent, long-term experience working with infants with a background in child development. Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to the family's environment. A spotless driving record. Family car provided. If applying for the live-in position the candidate must have had previous long-term live-in experience. To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience in childcare. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Impressive references from past employers, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional childcare skills. Able to make a long-term commitment for a minimum of 3 years. Willingness to undergo two background checks, namely Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our children. Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CPR certification (if applicable).
