Job number 10067 Full-time Family Assistant Location: Jordan Park, San Francisco Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm, family is flexible for 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. if the candidate can work one or two days per week from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children: 5, 7 and 10-year-olds Duties: Childcare, driving children, managing items needed for after school activities, supervising homework, creating and implementing systems for the children such as household chores, writing thank you and birthday cards, etc., household organization, meal prep and cooking, inventory management, managing and updating family calendar, managing trash and recycling, receiving and opening packages, errands, grocery shopping Requirements: Ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and energetic. Must be able to build strong relationships with the children, have strong communication skills, be proactive, anticipate the needs of the home and follow recipes. Experience with Microsoft Office suite required. Must be comfortable with one or both parents being at home. Vaccinations including COVID strongly preferred. Driver required, Family can provide a car for driving on the job.
