We are seeking a caring & reliable Mommy's Helper to support us with our sensitive 11-month-old daughter. Initially, your role will involve helping with household tasks such as laundry, organizing, cooking, & light cleaning for daily upkeep (we have a housekeeper for deep cleaning) We need someone who can engage with our family in a friendly manner, gradually building trust with our daughter without direct contact at first. As she becomes comfortable with you, your responsibilities will transition to more direct childcare, such as changing diapers or taking her to the park. Our daughter has experienced stress from a previous caregiver program, so a gentle approach is essential. Schedule: - 12-3 p.m. - Potential for 3-4 hours/day, 3-5 times/week - Bonus if you speak German or are from South Africa
