Job number 10026 Full-time Family Assistant This busy family is in search of a reliable and meticulous candidate who can start mid-August. With a newborn and 9-year-old, the family prioritizes organization and cleanliness alongside nurturing care. Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco, the family has a second home in Napa Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours per week with options for five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, starting August 2024. Children: 3 months old and 9 years old (ages in August, 2024) Duties: Primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized and comfortable home environment, caring and engaging childcare for the baby. Additional responsibilities include family laundry, running errands, grocery shopping and occasional meal prep. Requirements: Ideal candidate has experience and enjoys working with infants and school aged children, values cleanliness and organization, and is capable of managing household tasks effectively. Must be able to blend seamlessly into the family, supporting their values and dynamic lifestyle, be detailed oriented, enjoy creating a welcoming home environment and have a heartfelt approach to childcare. Driver with access to a car for use on the job required. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR, be comfortable teaming with mom, and able to work in Napa at the family's second home during the summers. Salary: $40-$45 per hour, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, five paid sick days, two weeks paid vacation and six or seven paid holidays
