Seeking Nanny For 1 Infant Full Time And Soon To Be 4 Year Old Part Time

I'm looking for a great nanny for my two boys, an infant and occasional after school for our 3-year-old as well. Typically one parent in the home working during the day, at least for part of the day. M-F, around 8-4, likely shorter day most Fridays. Job would start in June for both boys then in August, the older will start TK which has half days on Wednesdays, so he would be home as well on those days. Looking for someone comfortable with both boys and can keep up with their energy. It would be great to have someone comfortable in the kitchen to make some snacks and lunches. We are little to no TV household, encourage outside exploration and play, and Montessori type learning. If it works out for all parties, could potentially be with us for a couple years. We currently have no pets in the house.
