About the job
We need care for our oldest boy after school to include pick up from UTK and drive him home. Our oldest is 5. 5 years and enjoys sports like soccer, baseball, football, basketball. He has also been enjoying karate. We would like our babysitter/caregiver to have: -- Experience in childcare and early childhood development. -- Patience, empathy, and understanding. -- Strong communication skills with both children and parents. -- Reliability and trustworthiness. -- Adaptability, dependability, and flexibility, including creativity. -- Safety awareness and ideally first aid knowledge. -- Organizational skills for managing routines, activities, and light housekeeping. -- Ability to foster a nurturing environment with positive energy and enthusiasm. -- Ability to interact and engage with children of all ages. Must be comfortable with dogs.
