The main job is playing and engaging with both kids. The right person must be able to help with a 4-year-old and an 8th month old baby. I am home and generally will support this area but a diaper change may be needed from time to time. Along with light house work, laundry and loading and unloading the dishwasher. I work from home and that's become a challenge with 2 kiddos. We also have a 15 lb maltipoo; must tolerate a cute, small, non-shedding dog. The hours and days may be a little flexible. The right candidate must pass a background and fingerprint check
