Recurring Friday Night Babysitter Needed (3-4 Hours)

We are looking for a regular babysitter for 1 infant (currently 7 months old) in San Diego on Friday nights. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have 1 dog), who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Ideally this person would be available from around 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. or so on Friday nights. (3-4 hours). Would request a trial some day before, where sitter could meet and interact with the baby and one or both parents, as we anticipate the baby will either be asleep or just about to go to sleep on Friday nights. Could lead to a couple more regular babysitting windows if availability aligns, but Friday night is the priority for us right now.
