We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring mother's helper to assist with after-school childcare and light housekeeping. Flexible Schedule: Days and hours can vary depending on our family's needs and the mothers helpers availability. Details: Ideally 2-6 p.m. M, T, W (April/May) 2-3 p.m. light housekeeping, 3-6 p.m. childcare Pay: $25/hour Responsibilities include: -Engaging with our two children (5-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl) after school, taking them to the park, on canyon walks, or supervising activities at home. -Managing sibling dynamics with patience and behavior management skills. -Light housekeeping while the kids are in school (dishes, folding laundry, tidying play areas). Ideal candidate: -Flexible, Dependable, Organized, Self-Starter: Takes initiative with household tasks and child needs without constant direction.
