Part Time Nanny Position

Hello! My husband and I are currently starting to search for a nanny for our baby boy. He will be 6 months at the start of this nanny job. Our ideal nanny is warm, patient, engaging and passionate about child development. I would also love to have help with some light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and walking the dog. We have a small dog and a cat so we want someone comfortable with pets. Our pug is very friendly and loves going for walks. I am a nurse so my schedule varies. I should have my schedule about two months in advance. But looking for someone okay with a varied schedule since some weeks I work Monday's and Tuesday's whereas others it will be Thursday's and Friday's. There also will be weeks we just need coverage for one day. This is a part time position ranging from 6-20ish hours a week just depending on my schedule.
