Nanny Needed For My Child In San Diego.

Our child is growing everyday! He needs care while dad is away at work and mom is working from home (with occasional in office days or meetings). Care is anticipated to be needed Monday - Thursday for ~4 to 8 hours/day, in our home depending on moms schedule. He is looking to continue to grow and develop along the standard milestone chart with a care taker who is friendly, gentle, happy and knowledgeable about activities and routines for his age. Early childhood development knowledge and experience is important. Caretaker will also help build him a solid routine with his naps, feedings, walks outdoors, tummy/ floor time, reading, music, play, etc. Prefer a caretaker knowledgeable in Montessori style caregiving. Our child is still breastfeeding and takes bottles of expressed Breastmilk, had not started solids at this time.
