hello I currently have two girls 5yr and 1 yr old and 1 on the way. I work overnights and my husband works days so I need help in the mornings mainly with the 1-year-old as the 5-year-old is in school. im currently expecting and will need help with the 1-year-old and baby when I return to work as well. I am looking for a long term nanny as I do not see my schedule changing. I will mainy need help on the week days (6am- 1pm) but I sometimes get one or two days off during the week where I wont need the help.
