We live in University Heights and need a nanny for our 6-month-old through the end of April. We have a small jack russell/chihuahua mix that is very friendly. My husband and I work from home - my husband typically works from conference rooms in our building, and I typically work from the apartment. At least one of us will usually be home/in the building.
