Nanny Needed For 4 Month Old In Point Loma Starting Mid-Feb

My husband and our 4-month-old son and dog (13 years old). We are looking for an experienced nanny to come to our home for 25-30 hours, Monday-Thursday. Someone who can occasionally babysit on the weekends would be an added bonus. A tentative schedule to start would be Mondays & Wednesdays 11:00-4:00 and Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00-4:00, however we have some flexibility in our schedules and may be able to deviate from this proposed schedule. Someone with flexibility in their schedule as well would be ideal. We would like someone who can start by mid-February. My husband and I are both originally from the east coast. We don't have family in the area so we're looking for reliable childcare who can act like our extended family. My husband and I are both working professionals. I work from home so we are looking for someone to help with childcare and light housekeeping (e. g., child's laundry, dishes, tidying) while I am working. We are looking for someone reliable and responsible who can bring great energy and ideas to engage and entertain our son in a way that will help him reach milestones. We want someone who takes initiative and anticipates the family's needs. Someone with knowledge of childhood development is a plus. Depending on the level of experience, we're estimating between $20-$22 per hour.
