About the job
Our family believes in equity, kindness, and community. M loves Super Mario, building with magna tiles, and making up games. L loves music, dancing, and eating! They both love the park and playing outside. They love being helpful and love each other, but they're toddlers so they need a little extra encouragement to use gentle hands and clean up after themselves. Patience and kindness are our number one priority in finding a caretaker, but we also value cleanliness and organization. We'd like someone who is able to keep to a schedule and give the boys the routine they crave. We have plenty of guest parking in our complex. You will likely need your own car to get here as we are low on public transit, but you can use my car to drive the boys around most days since I work from home. No pets
