Caring, Communicative Nanny Needed For 1 Child In San Diego

We are a family of five (four humans and one 12-year-old dog). We are looking for a caring, attentive, honest, communicative nanny to care for our 6-month-old daughter starting the Summer of 2025. My husband and I both work from home but in demanding jobs so will need someone to fully take care of our daughter from approximately 8-5 p.m. 3-5 days a week. We are very intentional parents who want to infuse multiple cultures into our home and are excited to welcome other cultures too. We strive to approach parenting with mindfulness, community, silliness, and love! We had a nanny for our first child and loved the experience and welcoming someone to our family. Our eldest daughter is now in full time daycare. Referrals are important to us -and are happy to share with you the contact of the other nanny we worked with!
