Part-time (3mths) To Full-time, 6 Month Old Baby - Caring For Them Until They Are About 2 Years Old!

We are a fun, friendly family of two working parents with a new (our first) baby! We are seeking a nanny to start part-time August 15th 2025 and move to full-time in November 14th 2025 and continue on full-time with our family for at least another year. We have a golden doodle, but you will not need to care for the dog as part of your nannying role. We would also appreciate someone who can do light meal prep and dishes when the baby is sleeping and help with cleaning baby bottles, doing baby laundry, and generally picking up after baby. It's important to us for the baby to learn through play and interaction! We want the baby to avoid screen time and would expect our nanny to refrain from using the phone a lot or watching TV around baby. Safety, health, and wellness are also very important to us. For example, using only baby safe products and ensuring baby wears sunscreen when outside and only eats parent approved foods, etc. In terms of key values, integrity, trust, and mutual respect between nanny and parents. Additionally, mutual reliability is a priority since we have demanding work schedules. We hope you will have experience with early development for a 6-9-month-old baby developing into a 2-year-old toddler. We prefer a nanny with experience caring for babies under 1-year-old and ideally has early childhood development education or knowledge and background. CPR training and certification is required. We prefer you have a car or at least the ability to drive safely in an emergency but do not expect you to drive the baby regularly. We expect you to have kindness, patience, and warmth towards the baby with a willingness to read and speak to baby frequently throughout the day while completing routine tasks and care. We have street parking available around our neighborhood. There is also a bus stop a few blocks away. We have a friendly, 5-year-old, full size golden doodle.
