About the job
Hello! We're looking for a kind, patient, and empathetic caregiver to care for our sweet 3-year-old and 6. 5-month-old several times a week for a few hours with occasional light house cleaning & meal prep. We value communication, transparency, integrity and collaboration. We generally have a plan/approach to the schedule and sleep. Our 3 YO loves to go outside, bubbles, chalk and playing pretend. She sometimes needs help with co-regulation. We value processing with her and making space for those big feelings while holding consistent boundaries and routines that support her. There will likely be the opportunity for additional hours outside of what is listed, such as one Saturday a month for 4 hours and/or date nights.
