Full Time Nanny For 8mo Old Girly

We are looking for someone to watch our girly M-F starting in March while I work from home. Baby D will be 8 months at the time of care. I need someone dependable, loving, trustworthy, and communicative. I will be around during the day, however I will primarily be in meetings therefore I need to be able to focus on work while trusting our girly is in great hands.
