We are looking for a nanny who will provide attentive care for our 4-month-old M throughout the day, including socializing, feeding, burping, diaper changes, and maintaining nap schedules. This includes engaging with M to encourage his cognitive, emotional, and physical development (e. g., tummy time, reading, and gentle play), and/or taking M for short walks in the stroller (weather permitting). The ideal nanny for M will be someone who is nurturing, patient, and understands the developmental needs of infants. Someone who can bring calm energy into our home and help him feel secure and loved throughout the day. We also value strong communication and reliability.
