A large part of our request is to have an excellent cook who can prepare healthy and allergen-free meals for the entire family at the family's house. We have two children, a baby and an active 3-year-old so would appreciate a caregiver who is comfortable with both ages. The caregiver should be okay with spending much of the time at home with both children and parents in addition to taking outings at times.
