Our 7-month-old baby is cheerful and chill (unbiased as that's what we've been told). I think it goes without saying that the ideal caregiver is reliable and communicative, and will help with the early development of our child by being playful, attentive and provide some structure (schedule). We are hoping to find someone for long term as we expect to have more children, but if you're a great fit then we will appreciate the time spent. You must also be comfortable with dogs as we have two that are quite friendly.
