Nanny Needed For 15 Month Old Daughter

We are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for our daughter, who will be 15 months old. Both parents work hybrid and will be home part of the time. Key Responsibilities: -Provide loving and attentive care for the toddler. -Create a safe and engaging environment focused on developmental activities. -Avoid screen time and limit phone usage around child. -Manage child-related tasks (i. e. heat up meals, diapering, naps, pick-up toys after done playing, etc.) -Potential to drive child to developmental activities (i. e. music class, library, etc.). Mileage reimbursement provided for all driving required for such activities. -Available for occasional date nights and errands. -Familiar with and upholds attachment parenting philosophy and gentle parenting techniques.
